Your STARS ID Number

Your STARS ID Number is necessary 

for you to access your STARS record 

and allows approved trainers and

 organizations to update your 

training history. All STARS participants 

must have a Registry record. 

If you do not have a number, complete 

a STARS ID Request. Once we process 

your request, we will send you 

your number. If you have misplaced 

your number, please call us. 

Please do not submit more than 

one STARS ID Request (this used 

to be called the Provider Profile Form).

or conference with STARS hours,

If you are interested in sharing your knowledge and providing high quality training opportunities to STARS participants, we encourage you to apply to become a STARS approved training source. 

The 20-Hour Trainer Application, Continuing Education Trainer Application and Training Organization Applications are all available on the STARS Registry. We especially encourage those able to offer trainings in languages other than English!

Fulfill your STARS basic and continuing education requirements while increasing your professional knowledge and skills. 

Search for upcoming professional development opportunities being offered by approved STARS training sources using the Department of Early Learning’s (DEL's) STARS Registry System.  

Those who are required to participate in STARS and who need financial assistance are encouraged to submit a Reimbursement Application.

Reimbursements are available on a first-come first-served basis for both the 20-hour training and continuing education, as long as funding is available.  Participants can receive up to two awards each year. Click here for a Reimbursement Application.
